He/she was never caught though. The murder would kill someone during night, once a week, and their body would be found in random places the next day or even the next week. Soon, thankfully, the killings stopped for one reason or another. But now they are happening again. It started out as once a week, but now it's twice a week. Will it only get worse from here?
