History: A well known PK as well as political speaker, he has created a huge impact on not just The World, but the world in general. Adminastrators can't touch him due to legal issues, but he's devoted quite a bit of his life to using The World as more of a form of media and propoganda rather then just for fun. To most peoples knowledge. To the average gamer, it is also well known that though he is surrounded by secrets, he is an incredibly powerful player in The World, and is not looked down upon by many. His motives are unknown.
Personality: Outside of speeches, he is loud and obnoxious, usually having an attitude of "anything in his way is moving." On that note, there have been quite a few riots in the root towns due to this. He loves the hunt though, and easily gets into fights. When it comes time for serious business though, he gets right to the point, and doesn't often take questions.
